We live in a world where everything around us is constantly asking for our attention, our opinion, and our emotions. These want us to “care” about whatever it is they are telling us about. The engagement of two celebrities. The rebranding of a restaurant. The latest political drama to hit the news. How we feel about global warming, and whether it even really exists. The list goes on and on, and it can be exhausting. The truth is, we cannot give our attention, our care, our emotions to everything.
