Registration is $400 thru April 28, 2025. You may pay the entire registration up front or select the option to reserve a spot with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to attending the event. Limited, needs-based scholarships are available; to request an application, send an email below to our NextGen Minister, Reed Smith.
LCCYM requires every student to have a current Student Activity Packet on file. Please complete this form if you haven't already for the 2025 calendar year. (available here)
If your teen is bringing medication with them please fill out our Medicinal Care Packet as well. (available here)
CIY requires a separate medical release form to be completed prior to the event. That form will be shared when it is available.

Day 1 - Afternoon check-in on campus // Dinner // Adult leader meeting // Evening Session // Youth group time
Days 2-5 - 3 meals a day on campus each day* // Morning and evening main sessions // Small group time // Afternoon electives // Recreation tournaments // Youth group time
*with exception of Skip-a-Meal on day 4
