REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration is $355 thru April 22, 2024. A non-refundable $100 deposit is due to reserve a spot for your 8-12th grader. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to attending the event. Limited, needs-based scholarships are available; to request an application, send an email below to our NextGen Minister, Reed Smith.

CIY requires an online medical form to be completed by every adult and student participant. (available here)
LCCYM requires every student to have a current Student Activity Packet on file. Please complete this form if you haven't already for the 2024 calendar year. (available here)
If your teen is bringing medication with them please fill out our Medicinal Care Packet as well. (available here)
