WOMEN'S WELLNESS WORKOUT

Women Only 
A workout class for women. This class focuses on women's fitness, nutrition, and behavioral health. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel for sweat. Kim is a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Functional Movement Screening Expert.
